Main Activities:

• Development of new products or modifications of existing ones.
• Deal with the development of new private label and own brand products – brief laboratory prototyping experience will be considered a plus.
• Take care of the preparation and delivery of prototypes to customers assisted by the R&D Manager.
• Ensure adherence to timelines to be achieved and quality of samples submitted.
• Selection of raw materials together with the purchasing department.
• Making samples at co-packers’ premises.
• Continuous improvement and quality management of existing products (recipes and processes).
• Managing the direct relationship with customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology, Biotechnology or similar in the food industry.
• Experience in R&D in the food industry of at least 2 years.
• Experience in industrialization of new products is considered a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Analytical skills, autonomy, flexibility and leadership complete the profile.
