ON THE LOOKOUT FOR SOMETHING NEW

Ever since the foundation of Emilia Foods in 2013, our research and development department has been operating on the activity of combining both basic and applied research aimed at discovering new products, or knowledge, to improve the effectiveness of already existing products for the innovation of the business enterprise.

Our Methodic Process

Our department contains four R&D specialists and one manager. Within its scope, some of the team’s main activities are tasks such as studying and defining new formulations, researching for new technologies, equipment and partners; organizing and coordinating pilot-plant, scale-up and manufacturing trials, generating test protocols and procedures regarding product evaluation and stability studies; looking for new ingredients and suppliers, and the production of prototypes.
